(Un)Corked Culinary Edition to benefit The Loeys-Dietz Syndrome Foundation

This virtual cook-along event, powered by a chef from Eataly, includes all the ingredients for an early summer vegetable risotto, plus a bottle of white wine to enjoy with your meal. It’s like having a professional chef in your kitchen helping you prepare dinner!

Our VIP event features our own celebrity chef Dr. Hal Dietz, who is the Director, William S. Smilow Center for Marfan Syndrome Research Institute of Genetic Medicine. He will be joined by Gretchen MacCarrick, MS, CGC, Genetic Counselor at Johns Hopkins, and together they will prepare a very special appetizer.

VIP attendees will receive a tin of caviar, a mother of pearl spoon, opener, and a 375ml bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut along with their risotto kit. The VIP event starts at 7:30 pm ET.

Enjoy by yourself or share with others. There will be plenty of food to go around.
